Jessica Berry
Jessica is a Designer and Founder of Elements Design.After completing her BA in Fine Art and receiving her certification in Interior Architecture and Design from UC Berkeley, Jessica started her career at Hirsch Bedner Associates (HBA) in San Francisco. During her time at HBA, Jessica worked on 4- and 5-star hotels, restaurants/bars, and spas in California, Texas, Oregon, India, and China. When she moved to Philadelphia, she joined Barbara Gisel Design in Haverford and completed a variety of residential design projects on the Main Line.

Jessica's personal aesthetic tends towards clean-lined, uncluttered spaces that mix the old with the more contemporary in environments that tell the continually evolving story of her clients and their families.

Janet Long
Janet is a Designer and Partner at Elements Design. Janet holds her certificate in Interior Design from Philadelphia University, her MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg Graduate School of Business, and her BA from Princeton University. She previously worked for Barbara Gisel Design in Haverford PA, where she worked on an extensive 10,000 SF residential design project. She was also the lead Project Manager for NorthStar Advisors, working on the Sunoco and Towers Perrin headquarters projects in Philadelphia. In her "first career", Janet worked extensively in graphic design at Leo Burnett Advertising and was the Marketing Director for a Chicago-based consulting firm.

Janet's projects reflect her transitional style that incorporate design classics with a twist, and her love of unique finishes and materials.
