Our design process generally follows three phases:

Phase I: Design Concept
During this phase, we meet with our clients to determine the specific needs of the project and to define the direction stylistically. A preliminary budget for the project is set, and we take all relevant measurements and photos of the rooms to be addressed. Preliminary plans are prepared for the design of the space, and we present two initial concepts in the form of photos, magazine images, and sketches to illustrate our suggested design schemes. From those two concepts, one is selected to be further developed.

Phase II: Design Development
After client approval of the conceptual direction, we prepare detailed interior floor plans and elevations as necessary. We also prepare more fully illustrated concepts with all the finishes, furniture, and fixtures proposed. Client will review and approve color palettes, fabric schemes, furniture samples, wall coverings, floor coverings, lighting and window treatments.

Phase III: Design Implementation
Once the final design scheme is set and we receive written approval of the proposed items, purchasing begins. Purchase orders are issued, tracked and expedited by Elements. We will also oversee all installation of furniture, wall and floor coverings, decorative accessories, and other materials for the project.
